Veteran Nollywood actor, Lalude has revealed that he and his colleagues got N10,000 day by day for feeding whereas campaigning for President Bola Tinubu in 2023.
Lalude made this public whereas expressing remorse and frustration over the hardship confronted after Tinubu’s victory.
Talking in an interview that’s trending on social media, the actor defined that he campaigned for Tinubu alongside his colleagues for a month and three weeks with out fee.
Expressing his grievances, Lalude disclosed that they have been solely paid N10,000 day by day for feeding, and are but to obtain rewards for the marketing campaign after two years of Tinubu in workplace.
“They have been giving us N10,000 day by day for feeding. It was alleged to be greater than that for marketing campaign alternatives, however they determined to be giving us N10,000. And after they get to know that we’re saving the cash, they diminished the quantity and generally they received’t even give us for like two to a few days.
“And after the entire marketing campaign job for a month and three weeks, they refused to pay us for it. These withholding our monetary advantages for the marketing campaign won’t be lucky for the remainder of their life,” he acknowledged
The actor spoke a number of days after his colleague, Alapini, expressed regret for campaigning for Tinubu alongside tons of of his colleagues.
That is coming two years after the 2023 common elections.
