The chairman of the Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee, INEC, Prof Joash Amupitan, has stated that the best enemy of Anambra’s democracy shouldn’t be solely exterior violence however voter apathy.
Prof Amupitan made this comment at a press convention on Thursday in Abuja, interesting to eligible voters in Anambra State to come back out en masse to forged their ballots in Saturday’s governorship election.
