A airplane made an emergency touchdown at Minneapolis-St. Paul Worldwide Airport on Wednesday after dozens of passengers have been injured by “vital” in-flight turbulence.
The airport says Delta Air Traces Flight 56 en route from Salt Lake Metropolis to Amsterdam diverted to MSP, touchdown safely round 7:45 p.m.
The MSP Airport Fireplace Division and a number of other paramedics responded on the gate, offering preliminary medical consideration to passengers in want. Delta says 25 passengers have been transported to native hospitals for analysis and care.
