    Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), Joint Process Pressure North East, have rescued 86 civilians, largely motorists and passengers who had been kidnapped by members of Boko Haram/ISWAP round Dutsen Kura alongside the Damatruru-Buratai-Biu highway.
