TunesBid report label has sued singer Ayo Maff for allegedly violating their recording settlement.
In an announcement on its Instagram web page, the label accused the singer and his administration of breaching the contract signed in December 2023.
The label stated it funded Maff’s singles, ‘Avenue Anthem’, ‘Supplier’, and ‘7 Days’. Securing a distribution deal for him with Empire Distribution.
Whereas warning present promoters, and leisure corporations to cease associating with the singer or face authorized motion, the label insisted that Ayodele Maff stays below contract.
“Tunesbid Restricted, following a sequence of discussions, entered an Unique Recording Settlement with ‘Ayo Maff’ on December 3, 2023, with the Artist’s authorized group Oyefeso Oluwamayowa Olumide, Okolie Amobi Chiedu, and Oyefeso Ayotunde representing OceansTreasure Restricted.
“The contract had a stipulated interval agreed upon which incorporates the discharge of his three singles all totally funded by Tunesbid Restricted throughout the first 7 months of the settlement. The singer and his administration groups had continued conniving to defraud Tunesbid by coming into a dishonourable contract”.
