The Osun State chapter of the African Motion Congress, AAC, has described as faux and unauthorised, the purported listing of State Working Committee members making the rounds.
That is because the political occasion urged the members of the general public to ignore the listing.
In an announcement issued by the occasion’s Publicity Secretary, Oyefusi Adedamola on Sunday, the AAC stated the listing didn’t emanate from any recognised congress, occasion organ or authentic democratic course of.
Based on the assertion, “We urge occasion members, supporters, the media, and the general public to utterly disregard such publications, as they didn’t originate from any recognised congress, occasion organ, or authentic democratic course of.”
The occasion clarified that the one legitimate management is the one elected throughout its State Congress held on November 22 in Ilesa, which it stated concerned broad ward and native authorities illustration throughout the state.
“The one lawful and validly constituted SWC of AAC Osun State is the management democratically elected on the State Congress held on November 22 in Ilesa,” the assertion added.
The AAC launched the official listing of duly elected members, with Olatunji Joshua from Atakunmosa East rising as State Chairman.
Different officers embrace; “Olaniyan Ridwan as Deputy Chairman (Osun Central), Azeez Wasiu as Deputy Chairman (Osun East), and Faluyi Olufemi as Deputy Chairman (Osun West).”
