YOLA—Abba Atiku, son of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has declared that no political celebration can defeat President Bola Tinubu within the 2027 praesidential election.
Abba, who not too long ago joined the All Progressives Congress, APC, spoke, yesterday, in Yola, the capital of Adamawa State, after amassing his membership registration card at Gwadabawa Ward in Yola North LGA.
Based on him, his determination to affix the APC was motivated by a need to contribute to the administration’s “far-reaching financial and human improvement reforms.”
He acknowledged: “I need to make it very clear that no one or any political celebration can cease President Tinubu from returning to Aso Rock in 2027.
“Nigerians have seen his good work; he’s not a tribalist and he doesn’t make appointments based mostly on faith or area. His choices are purely on benefit,” he acknowledged.
Abba mentioned he was impressed by the widespread infrastructural progress and human capital improvement underneath Tinubu’s management.
“The president wants our assist to proceed the nice work. We must always mobilise extra folks past celebration affiliations, to again our president,” he mentioned.
In the meantime, Adamu Atiku, first son of the previous vp, stays a member of the Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, and at the moment serves as Commissioner for Works and Vitality Improvement underneath Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State.
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is reportedly aspiring to contest the Presidency on the platform of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, although none of his sons are at the moment members of the celebration.
