A 29-year-old suspect has been arrested in reference to the possession of seven,000 capsules of Tramadol by the Operatives of the Nationwide Drug Legislation Enforcement Company (NDLEA), within the Northwest State of Kano.
Sadiq Muhammad-Maigatari, spokesperson of the Kano Command of the NDLEA, acknowledged this in a press release on Monday in Kano.
Maigatari disclosed that the suspect was arrested on Saturday by the Operatives connected to the Kiru Space Command alongside Zaria-Kano Street, Kwanar Dangora space, whereas coming from Lagos with a considerable cache of Tramadol capsules.
He defined that the medicine, weighing 4.1 Kilo Grammes have been hid in a 20-litre oil jerrycan, and described the arrest as a serious breakthrough within the combat in opposition to substance abuse within the State.
