    Jigawa Golden Stars demand NFF appeal verdict before Gombe United rematch

    Jigawa Golden Stars Soccer Membership has urged the Nigeria Soccer Federation (NFF) Attraction Committee to swiftly ship its verdict on the dispute surrounding their deserted match towards Gombe United.

    In an announcement issued in Dutse, the membership’s spokesperson, Ibrahim Isyaku, careworn the necessity for a decision earlier than the scheduled return fixture.

    He recalled that the first-leg match, performed on March 7, 2025, in Gombe, was deserted following an incident on the sector.

    The NFF Complaints Committee later dominated in favour of Golden Stars, fined Gombe United N2.5 million, and ordered the rest of the match to be performed at a impartial venue.
