    Jigawa By-Election: PDP screens candidate, boasts of victory over APC, NNPP

    The Peoples Democratic Celebration (PDP) has confirmed the profitable screening of Auwalu Isah Manzo as its candidate for the Garki/Babura Home of Representatives by-election in Jigawa State.

    INEC had earlier introduced sixteenth August, 2025 as date for the Garki/Babura Federal constituency election following the loss of life of Isa Dogon Yaro who died on Might 10, 2024 on the age of 46.

    Talking after the screening, Secretary of the screening committee PDP Nationwide headquarters, Abuja, Valuable Ben stated, the get together had efficiently screened it’s candidate for the approaching by-election of Garki/Babura constituency.

    She defined that, the 5 males committee was constituted by the PDP to go to Jigawa and display the candidate to make sure his eligibility to contest for the get together.

    Based on her, “we’ve efficiently screened the candidate, he offered all of the paperwork required, subsequently he meets with all the mandatory standards of the Celebration and INEC”

    “ his huge expertise and recognition, I’m certain he’s the perfect candidate for the get together and might compete and defeat with any candidate in different political events”

    Talking to Journalists after the screening, the get together candidate Auwalu Manzo stated he retired as a civil servant to contest the place to convey change to the constituent.

    He assured that his constituents would vote for him within the coming by election.

    DAILY POST reported that the All Progressive Congress APC and NNPP have filed their candidates.
