Veteran rapper, Jude Abaga, popularly often known as M.I, has claimed that web fraudsters fund a significant a part of the Nigerian music trade.
In response to him, it’s an indictment on Nigeria as a nation that many of the funding of the nation’s music trade comes from the West and from fraudsters.
He insisted that Nigeria must do higher when it comes to funding for the artistic trade.

“There’s lots of controversies when individuals discuss Yahoo Yahoo, as a result of lots of artists that’s the funding that they’ve. What I’m making an attempt to say is that, it’s an indictment on our nation that now we have such gifted musicians and that the most important funding for the trade comes from the West and the fraud trade. It’s an indictment. It exhibits that one thing is unsuitable. Hopefully, we are able to do higher,” he mentioned.
The rapper urged rich Nigerians to step up in funding the nation’s musical skills, stressing that younger individuals are the one supporting different younger individuals financially within the Nigerian music trade in the mean time.
