KANO — Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf has mourned the passing of former President Muhammadu Buhari, describing him as a real patriot who lived a life rooted in self-discipline, integrity, and unwavering love for Nigeria.
In a heartfelt tribute, the Governor mirrored on Buhari’s a long time of public service, noting that from his days as a navy head of state to his tenure as a democratically elected President, he remained devoted to Nigeria’s unity and progress.
“President Buhari gave his complete life to Nigeria,” Yusuf mentioned. “He stood for the frequent man, led with sincerity, and stayed true to his values till the top.”
Governor Yusuf prolonged his condolences to Buhari’s household, the individuals of Katsina State, and Nigerians at giant. He prayed for divine forgiveness for the late chief and for Allah to grant him everlasting peace in Aljannatul Firdaus.
“His braveness and ease will proceed to encourage generations,” the Governor added, calling Buhari’s passing a nationwide loss that leaves behind a legacy of service and sacrifice.
