The political rift between Abia State Governor Alex Otti and the Deputy Speaker of the Home of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, has deepened because the state’s Chief Liaison Officer to the Nationwide Meeting, Chief Iheanyi Chinasa, berated Kalu over his latest feedback on a $263.8 million mortgage facility obtained by the state authorities.
