The Los Angeles Fireplace Division rushed to Wilmington after a tunnel collapsed and trapped 31 individuals inside.

The collapse occurred on the $630.5 million Los Angeles Effluent Outfall Tunnel, which is a part of the Los Angeles County Sanitation District’s Clearwater Mission.

Flatiron Dragados, the prime contractor for the development, wrote on its web site that the tunnel is 7 miles lengthy, about 18 toes large and 450 toes beneath floor degree.
