    Newly confirmed Chairman of the Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC), Professor Joash Ojo Amupitan (SAN), has pledged to conduct elections which might be free, honest, and credible, assuring that beneath his watch, “losers could have each purpose to congratulate winners.”
