…says Governor Adeleke re-election sacrosanct

Members of the Osun State Home of Meeting have dispelled the hearsay that a few of them have concluded plans to affix the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) within the state.
There have been insinuations that the 9 lawmakers from the Ife/Ijesa Senatorial District would be part of their federal counterparts to go away the PDP for the APC.
Talking with newsmen on the parliamentary session within the Meeting complicated, the Speaker, Hon. Adewale Egbedun, stated the 25 PDP lawmakers usually are not on the market and stand with Governor Ademola Adeleke.
His phrases, “We the Honourable Members are males of honour. We aren’t on the market. We aren’t moved by noise or strain. We maintain the mandate of our individuals, and we intend to maintain that belief with dignity, loyalty, and a transparent conscience.
“The 25 honourable members of the Osun State Home of Meeting elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Get together are united, loyal, and absolutely dedicated to the federal government of Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke and to the celebration that introduced us right here, which is the PDP.
“There is no such thing as a division on this Home. There is no such thing as a defection. There is no such thing as a disaster. The rumours flying round are merely rumours. And we aren’t within the enterprise of chasing shadows.”
Fielding questions from newsmen, the lawmaker representing Obokun State Constituency, Mr. Adewumi Adeyemi, additionally stated the federal lawmakers from the district have their causes for leaving the celebration and rapidly added that the 9 lawmakers from the world stay intact within the PDP and with Governor Adeleke.
Additionally, Fatunmise Olumide from the Ife-East State Constituency pressured that the decision the lawmakers handed is to make sure that Governor Adeleke is re-elected for an additional time period in workplace once more in 2026.
