Egypt head coach, Hossam Hassan, has urged why his crew was defeated by Nigeria within the AFCON third-place playoff on Saturday.
Hassan watched as Nigeria defeated the Pharaohs 4-2 on a penalty shootout following a 0-0 draw.
Talking to reporters at his post-match interview, Hassan, who insisted that the match was evenly balanced, admitted that the penalties made the distinction.
