Former South African footballer Shaun Bartlett has weighed in on the essential AFCON semi-final tie between Nigeria and Morocco, set to happen on the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat on Wednesday.
Bartlett insisted that the encounter between each nations shall be a ‘one-goal margin’ as he tipped the host nation to beat the Tremendous Eagles.
In his evaluation on SuperSport, Bartlett acknowledged, “Morocco hosts, twelfth man, which is the followers behind them, in opposition to the superpower Nigeria.
“Redemption Afcon for Nigeria? I do know, however. I’m going to go together with the host, and it’s not going to be like an enormous rating. It’ll be a one-goal margin.
“The twelfth man will make a distinction. My coronary heart is saying Nigeria, my head is saying Morocco.”
Each groups enter the semi-finals contemporary from 2-0 quarter-final victories over Algeria and Cameroon, respectively.
