Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar on Friday recommended the African Democratic Congress, ADC, for appointing youths into its Nationwide Working Committee, NWC.
Atiku stated the ADC has set a strong instance by together with the youths in its choice making course of.
ADC had appointed Bilyaminu Duhu as Assistant Nationwide Youth Chief, North East, Jackie Wayas, Deputy Nationwide Publicity Secretary, Hassana Dada, Assistant Nationwide Youth Chief, North Central, David Itokpa, Deputy Nationwide Welfare Secretary and Hauwa Yusuf, Deputy Nationwide Secretary.
Reacting to the event, the previous presidential candidate stated the way forward for Nigerian youths should not be formed of their absence.
Posting on X, Atiku wrote: “Congratulations to the colourful younger members of the African Democratic Congress (ADC)—Bilyaminu Duhu (Assistant Nationwide Youth Chief, North East), Jackie Wayas, @JWEZEE, (Deputy Nationwide Publicity Secretary), Hassana Dada (Assistant Nationwide Youth Chief, North Central), David Itokpa @iamhistory_, (Deputy Nationwide Welfare Secretary), Hauwa Yusuf, @itz_hawee (Deputy Nationwide Secretary) and others, on their nicely deserved appointments to the social gathering’s Nationwide Working Committee.

“Certainly, the way forward for our youth should not be formed of their absence, and I commend the ADC for setting a strong instance by giving them a seat on the desk the place choices are made.
