    Rema breaks Wizkid’s record for longest-charting African album on Billboard World Albums

    Nigerian singer, Rema’s debut album ‘Rave & Roses’ has ended its file because the longest-charting African album on Billboard World Albums Chart, hitting a milestone of 170 weeks on the chart.

    Rave Roses broke the file, which was preciously held by Wizkid’s ‘Made In Lagos’ (164 weeks) final 12 months.

    Different longest-charting African tasks on chart embody Tems’ ‘Born In The Wild’ (79 weeks), Burna Boy’s ‘Love, Damini’ (63 weeks), and the legendary Fela’s ‘The Finest Of The Black President’ (45 weeks).

    In the meantime, Rema earned his second Billboard Scorching 100 chart entry this week with ‘Secondhand’ with Don Toliver debuting at 29.

    His compatriot, Tems additionally debuted on new track ‘What You Want’ on Scorching 100 this week, bringing her whole to seven, a joint African file with Burna Boy and South African group Seether.
