    Ex-Enugu Assembly members endorse Gov Mbah for second term, cite performance, equity

    The Discussion board of Former Members of the Enugu State Home of Meeting has endorsed Governor Peter Mbah to serve a second time period in workplace, citing his administration’s achievements and the necessity to uphold long-standing rules of fairness and equity within the state’s political system.

    The endorsement, made public in an announcement on Sunday, was signed by Denge Josef Onoh, chairman of the discussion board and former spokesman of President Bola Tinubu within the South-East, alongside members together with Hon. Emeka Madu and Hon. Johnny Obidinma.

    The group defined that their resolution was anchored on two most important components: Governor Mbah’s verifiable efficiency throughout key sectors, and the precept of rotational fairness that has sustained political concord in Enugu State since 1999.

    On governance, the previous lawmakers highlighted Mbah’s accomplishments, together with:

    Development, rehabilitation, or ongoing work on over 1,000 kilometers of city, rural, and intercity roads.

    Enugu West: Barr. Sullivan Iheanacho Chime (2007–2015)

    Enugu North: Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (2015–2023)

    “It’s now Enugu East’s flip, the zone that produced Governor Peter Mbah.
