Former senator representing Benue North-East, Senator Barnabas Gemade, has declared that he stays deeply engaged in politics, dismissing claims that he has withdrawn from public life.
He made the clarification on the burial of the late Baba Kunde Alabesa, father of the Benue State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Catastrophe Administration, Hon. Ephraim Kunde.
Gemade described studies of his political retirement because the handiwork of mischief makers.
Based on him, his function in politics has developed slightly than diminished, explaining that, as a celebration elder, his tasks now centre on providing recommendation, counsel, and steerage, slightly than fixed public motion.
