Operatives of the Nationwide Drug Legislation Enforcement Company (NDLEA), have arrested Uche Franklin Onyekwere, a Brazil-based Nigerian businessman, at Murtala Muhammed Worldwide Airport, Lagos, for concealing cocaine in his non-public half and the soles of his footwear.
