Gov. Abba Yusuf of Kano State is ready to rejoin the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Monday, January 26, 2026, following his resignation from the New Nigeria Peoples Get together (NNPP) on Friday.
That is contained in an announcement issued by his spokesperson, Sanusi Bature, in Kano on Sunday.
The transfer is predicted to strengthen cooperation with the Federal Authorities, speed up growth, improve safety, and enhance service supply in Kano State.
Yusuf had beforehand joined the APC in 2014, successful the occasion’s main election for the Kano Central Senatorial seat.
