The Affiliation of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners (ANTP) has dismissed claims that the veteran Yoruba actor Lere Paimo died.

Adejonwo Oluwafemi Femson, the nationwide PRO of ANTP, issued a press release confirming that Paimo was alive and in good well being.
“Now we have confirmed with Baba Eda Onile Ola’s spouse that he’s alive and in good well being,” the affiliation said.
