    NCAA Seeks Judiciary’s Support In Interpreting Aviation Contract Laws

    The director-general, Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), Captain Chris Najomo, has urged for extra assist from the Judiciary in efforts to deepen the understanding of legal guidelines governing contractual dealings within the nation’s aviation sector, notably the Cape City Conference (CTC).

    The CTC includes the Cape City Conference on Worldwide Pursuits in Cellular Gear 2001 and the Protocol to the Conference on Issues Particular Plane Gear.

    Najomo spoke on the grand finale of the worldwide CTC moot courtroom, held on the Federal Excessive Courtroom in Abuja beneath the auspices of the CTC Tutorial Challenge.

    The occasion was organised by the Federal Ministry of Aviation, and Aerospace Improvement, and the NCAA, with assist from the Aviation Working Group (AWG).
