Legendary Nigerian musician, Harmless Idibia, popularly often known as 2Face, has stated regardless of the controversies surrounding his separation from his spouse, actress Annie Macaulay, he doesn’t owe the general public a proof.
DAILY POST remembers that 2Face introduced his separation from Annie in an Instagram put up on Sunday, January 26, 2025, sparking controversy.
The controversy skyrocketed after he started flaunting his new lover, Natasha Osawuru, a member of the Edo State Home of Meeting.
Addressing the controversy in an interview with 234 Mzansi Podcast, the singer defined that his children are the one individuals he owes a proof.
“My children are the one individuals I owe a proof,” he stated.
2Face defined that he determined to finish his marriage with Annie as a result of it “wasn’t working anymore”.
He described her as an “wonderful individual”, stressing that they’d “an excellent run”.
He added that they did their greatest to avoid wasting their marriage nevertheless it wasn’t sufficient.
