    Nasarawa residents in flood-prone areas advised to relocate

    Mr Benjamin Akwash, Director-Normal of the Company, gave the recommendation on Friday in Awe LGA throughout a three-day advocacy and sensitisation marketing campaign on the Early Warning and Response Mechanism in flood-prone areas of the state.

    Akwash stated the sensitisation train adopted the 2024 seasonal rainfall prediction by the Nigerian Meteorological Company (NiMet), which listed Nasarawa amongst states at excessive danger of flooding.
