Nigerian hip-hop artist, Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly referred to as Odumodublvck, has requested his colleague Blaqbonez to cease parading himself as the perfect rapper within the nation.
DAILY POST reported that the meat between the duo lately escalated after they engaged in a fierce social media battle.
The meat began after Blaqbonez dissed Odumodublvck in his newest monitor with A-Q, ‘Who’s Actually Rapping’.
Talking about his beef with Blaqbonez in a latest interview with Jusmen 105.7, Odumodublvck said that Blaqbonez referring to himself as the perfect rapper is disrespectful to Nigerian rap legends.
“Have you learnt what it’s so that you can say you’re the greatest rapper in Nigeria?,” he requested. “Cease joking. You aren’t the perfect rapper. M.I is the perfect rapper, Vector is the perfect rapper. If you happen to have been the perfect rapper, you’d have received the perfect rap album of the 12 months [at the Headies]. You weren’t even nominated for greatest rap single,” he mentioned.
“I’m not higher than Phyno as a rapper. Have a look at his legacy. [There is]Olamide, Vector, M.I, Modenine, Ghost, Tec… So, for me to come back and say I’m the perfect rapper, meaning I’ve to be the perfect rapper. However for those who’re not, Cease saying it. It’s getting on my nerves, bro. You will get smacked within the face for that type of sh*t.
“Cease mendacity to the children that you’re the perfect. No person is even reserving you for reveals. No person is saying that you just’re a wack artist, you’re an incredible artist. However don’t come and use your insecurities to shut the door.”
