    2027: APC will be voted out – Gbenga Hashim

    Gbenga Hashim, chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, has asserted that the All Progressives Congress, APC, will probably be voted out within the 2027 common elections.

    He said that no authorized or administrative manoeuvres can derail Nigeria’s multiparty democracy.

    Hashim additional alleged that “the ruling APC is partaking in authorized and institutional actions geared toward weakening opposition participation forward of the following election cycle.”

    Hashim additionally cautioned in opposition to any drift towards authoritarianism, drawing comparisons with Zaire underneath the late Mobutu Sese Seko, the place prolonged one-man rule weakened democratic establishments.
