Lokoja—Seventeen out of the over 30 kidnapped worshippers of ECWA Church in Aiyetoro Kiri, Kogi State have regained their freedom.
This was made recognized, yesterday, by Nationwide Publicity Secretary of the Aiyetoro-Kiri Growth Affiliation, Mr. Aledare Jide.
He stated: “The Aiyetoro Kiri Bunu Growth Affiliation, in collaboration with affected households and neighborhood leaders, has secured the discharge of 17 further parishioners kidnapped from ECWA Church, Aiyetoro Kiri- Bunu, marking one other main breakthrough within the ongoing rescue efforts.
